We are hiring a Director MLOps Engineer to join Twilio Segment. This role requires a motivated professional with 10+ years of experience in the MLOps Engineer domain. You will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge products. This is a Hybrid position with competitive compensation.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Build and maintain ML platforms that enable scalable model training, evaluation, and deployment
Implement automated ML pipelines for continuous training and model promotion workflows
Develop model monitoring solutions to detect drift and degradation in production
Collaborate with data scientists to containerize models and optimize inference performance
Establish MLOps best practices, tooling standards, and documentation across ML teams
Kualifikasi
4+ years of experience in MLOps or ML platform engineering
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with major ML frameworks
Experience with pipeline orchestration tools: Kubeflow, Prefect, or Metaflow
Knowledge of model serving frameworks: TorchServe, TF Serving, or BentoML
Strong understanding of software engineering and DevOps principles applied to ML
