We are hiring a Lead Embedded Systems Engineer to join Booking.com. This role requires a motivated professional with 6+ years of experience in the Embedded Systems Engineer domain. You will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge products. This is a Remote position with competitive compensation.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Design and develop firmware for embedded microcontroller-based systems using C and C++
Implement real-time operating system tasks, interrupt service routines, and device drivers
Debug and profile embedded systems using JTAG, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
Collaborate with hardware engineers to define hardware-software interfaces and validate PCB designs
Optimize firmware for power consumption, memory footprint, and real-time performance
Kualifikasi
5+ years of embedded firmware development experience
Proficiency in C and embedded C++ for resource-constrained environments
Experience with ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers and RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or ThreadX)
Knowledge of communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and Ethernet
Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and schematic reading
