We are hiring a Lead Data Analyst to join Elastic. This role requires a motivated professional with 7+ years of experience in the Data Analyst domain. You will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge products. This is a Remote position with competitive compensation.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources using SQL and Python
Build interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI and Tableau for business stakeholders
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data and communicate actionable insights
Collaborate with product and operations teams to define KPIs and measurement frameworks
Support data-driven decision making by delivering ad-hoc analyses and presenting findings clearly
Kualifikasi
2+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar analytical role
Advanced SQL proficiency for complex queries, joins, and window functions
Experience building dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Proficiency in Python with pandas for data manipulation and analysis
Strong communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical audiences
