We are hiring a Manager Site Reliability Engineer to join Cisco. This role requires a motivated professional with 8+ years of experience in the Site Reliability Engineer domain. You will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge products. This is a Hybrid position with competitive compensation.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Define and enforce SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets for critical platform services
Build and maintain observability infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing
Lead post-incident reviews and drive systemic reliability improvements through blameless postmortems
Develop automation to eliminate toil and improve operational efficiency at scale
Partner with development teams to embed reliability engineering practices during design and development
Kualifikasi
5+ years of SRE or platform engineering experience
Proficiency in Go or Python for building internal tooling
Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
Experience designing and implementing observability stacks
Deep understanding of distributed systems reliability patterns
