We are hiring a Mid UX/UI Designer to join JetBrains. This role requires a motivated professional with 3+ years of experience in the UX/UI Designer domain. You will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge products. This is a On-site position with competitive compensation.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Conduct user research including interviews, surveys, and usability tests to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma
Maintain and evolve a unified design system used across web and mobile products
Collaborate with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs
Analyze user behavior using analytics tools and iterate on designs based on data insights
Kualifikasi
3+ years of UX/UI design experience for digital products
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process
Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
Experience conducting user research and translating insights into design decisions
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
