We are hiring a Mid Backend Software Engineer to join Supabase. This role requires a motivated professional with 3+ years of experience in the Backend Software Engineer domain. You will be part of a high-performing engineering team working on cutting-edge products. This is a On-site position with competitive compensation.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
Design and develop scalable backend APIs serving millions of requests per day
Optimize database queries and implement caching strategies to reduce latency
Collaborate with frontend engineers to define and maintain API contracts
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response for production systems
Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices
Kualifikasi
5+ years experience in backend development using Python or Node.js
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Proficiency with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices
